Dec 8 - log

Yesterday was a slow exercise day.
30 situps
10 each of 4 upper body exercises.
Walked to bank and back
Went to mall and walked for a little.
Was a bad nutrition day as well.
Meatball parm sub for lunch
Bennigan's for dinner - salad, appetizers, meatloaf over mash potatos.
